Corporate Transactions
Pro Energy reserves the right to transfer all information in its possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale or transfer of some or all of Pro Energy’s assets. However, the use and disclosure of all transferred information will be subject to this Privacy Policy. You will be given the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if, in our discretion, it will result in the handling of your personal information that differs materially from this Privacy Policy.
- DO NOT TRACK
At this time, Pro Energy Site does not respond to do-not-tract (“DNT”) signals. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a DNT feature or setting you can achieve to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. We may use third-party companies to help provide our services and to help us understand the use of our Site. - CHILDREN
Pro Energy does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a user under 13 years of age on or through the Site, then we will take the appropriate steps to cause this personal information to be deleted.

Pro Energy Site may contain links to other websites. These links are provided for informational purposes only. “Shine the Light Law”
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
